To request cancellation, customers should contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Cancellation requests received after the order has been dispatched may not be accepted.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel the order. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding eligible returns or refunds.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is successfully accepted and payment has already been made, the eligible refund will be initiated according to our applicable refund process.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s original payment method may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

5. Cancellation by Fabriqo

Fabriqo reserves the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including:

  • Product being unavailable or out of stock
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Technical or system-related issues
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Unforeseen circumstances affecting order fulfilment

If an order is cancelled by Fabriqo after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed through the appropriate payment method.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation. An order will be considered cancelled only after confirmation from Fabriqo.
